CUSTOMER AND RECIPIENT PERSONAL INFORMATION
To ensure that we can communicate effectively with our customers, it is important that you provide accurate contact details.
We value your privacy and will never lease, rent or sell your private information.
During the ordering process, we ask for the following information: customer’s email address, full name and address, telephone number, recipient’s full name and address.
It is important that the recipient’s address is accurate.
DELIVERY
Our bromeliads are dispatched by a reputable courier service of our choice to arrive within seven days to any address in the UK. We do not send plants outside the UK postal area. We do not deliver to Europe or the Republic of Ireland.
Dispatch days are Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays. We aim to dispatch within two days of receiving your order.
We do not offer same day or next day delivery.
AVAILABILITY
Where an ordered item has become unavailable, we will contact the customer and offer an alternative plant or a full refund.
We aim to give you a clear idea of the nature of the plants we sell. However, there are inevitably slight variations in size, shape and colour between different specimens. Pictures of our bromeliads are approximate and for guidance only.
REFUND OR REPLACEMENT POLICY
If your order fails to be delivered within a reasonable timeframe, we will undertake to replace the full order at no cost to you or make a full refund whichever you choose. This is only applicable if you have provided the correct postal address and postcode. We will not offer reparation above the customer’s initial payment.
We aim to process refunds with five working days. Some cards and banks may take longer.
CANCELLATION
If you change your mind after placing your order then please call us on 07818 095096 and we will cancel your order and refund your payment in full provided your order has not yet been despatched. I
GUARANTEE
We check all plants carefully by hand before despatch and take all complaints seriously. If you are in any way disappointed with the plants received, please telephone or email within seven days of delivery. If we can determine that the plants were substandard or damaged in transit, then we will offer to send a replacement free of charge. In the unlikely event that your plant appears to be suffering on arrival or that it deteriorates within two weeks of arrival, please do contact us.
In the majority of cases a change of situation or watering regime will save an ailing plant. Unfortunately, as plants are living things they can arrive healthy but fail because of some factor in their new environment or care regime. If you fail to inform us of a problem within four weeks of delivery then we will assume that the plant arrived in good health. In such cases you will not be eligible for a free replacement.
